The Trans+ Herbal Health Project is currently preparing its application to register as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). Our work is guided by a dedicated Founding Steering Group who will form our inaugural Board of Trustees upon formal registration.

The majority of the team are based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, where our key projects will take place.

Dr Bex Harper runs the award-winning Earth Coaching, providing Access to Work coaching, neurodiversity & health coaching, and coach supervision. They founded The Trans+ Herbal Health Project in 2026 to help other neurodivergent, disabled and chronically ill trans+ folks get access to herbal healthcare.
